Christopher Irving has produced several interesting card sets through his company The Drawn World. But now he's debuting his most interesting as he expands the history of the classic Eagle Force toyline, recently renewed by another
Kickstarter (from Remco and Fresh Monkey Fiction.) In many ways, EAGLE was a clone of G.I. Joe, but the figure line never found the traction that Real American Hero did in the 1980s. It never had the comics and trading cards and decades of toys that Hasbro produced.
Now it not only has a new line of sleek modern toys in the work, it now has backstory and character profiles. The
Eagle Force Strikes card set covers several past battles and features profiles of several Eagle members. All wrapped up in handy trading card size.
This is a unique and different item, but the Kickstarter only has a few days left. Go check it out before it runs out on Friday.
