What's Up for the final week of 2015

It's been a crazy couple of weeks to end the year and with it has come a lot of time traveling and not so much time writing. This has given me plenty of time to read however and so that makes a year end edition of What's Up almost essential. On this final day of 2015, let's close out the year with a look at what I've been reading and watching.
